3D Visualisation

Here is an example of how your 3D Visualisations will look. I designed this particular one for a previous client.

Virginia Water. Guest room.

6x6m room above the garage has been converted into a guest room with kitchenette and wet room.

The ceiling has been opened up to enlarge the space. The beams were cladded in oak and a few windows have been permamently concealed.

A glass wall between the bathroom and living space both divides and connects the space. The toilet placed in the corner is isolated from the rest of the open area for privacy. All designed in contemporary style with art deco touches. Lighting is used to delfine the different spaces.

I have the expertise to develop high-quality photorealistic interior renderings / visualisations.

They are part of my full interior design service, or can be ordered separately as a DIY project to finish on your own.

To create interior visuals I use software that is based on CAD platform. This product allows me to showcase the interior in 3D photorealistic shots long before the space has been built. Therefore potential costly mistakes can be picked up early in the planning process, which in fact, can save money and time.

This is the best opportunity for those who have no spatial imagination. If you have a lot's of good ideas, but can’t imagine how the final results will look, this can help you decide.

Visuals are a useful tool to use when working with builders. They allow a clearer understanding of your expectaion and ensure a more accurate quotation.

Visualisation can be made for clients any where- you don't have to live locally to benefit from this tool.
